PostHeaderIcon would you say there is a healthy amount of calories in this sample diet?

Hello, I am really bad at counting calories, would you say this sample diet, assuming portions are controlled,is between 1200 and 1500 calories?
Breakfast
old fashioned Oatmeal 1 serving, ½ cup of apple sauce Teaspoon of smart balance and 2 teaspoons of splenda
Lunch
2 eggs over easy 1 slice turkey 1 oz low fat mozzarella cheese
Afternoon snack – 15 cashews
Dinner 1 serving of Chicken Broccoli casserole (contains alfredo sauce, broccoli, carrots, chicken, mozzarella cheese)Sugar free Jello
I know I will lose weight at least at first because I am used to eating a lot more, but I want to make sure it is enough calories and not over 1500. I am not on a low carb diet per se but am watching carbs so no white stuff in my diet. My goal is to lose 100 pounds by 2009. I have started walking 10 minutes 3 times a week and 20 minutes windsor pilates 3 times a week. I am as out of shape as you can get and according to a BMI chart, my BMI is 43. Am I on the right track to start with?

PostHeaderIcon How can I lose 15 pounds and tone up in 2 months?

I am about 5′4″ and a half and weight around 134. Can you give me a meal plan (or at least a sample meal plan) that will help me reach my goal. I exercise everyday so I’m good on that, but eating is the issue. Thanks!
