Where can I find a Sample letter to parents from a mentor?
I would like to write a letter to parents sharing goals to be accomplished. Ex. Hygiene, self image and being a young lady.
Any help would be awesome.
I have composed a letter but I wanted to get some better ideas on how I can articulate some things better. The letter would be personal I just need a good outline.

Would it not be a better idea to write the full letter yourself making it personal and appropriate to the parents and the person you are mentoring?
I agree with afrosa. You obviously have strong positive feelings about these people and they will come through if you write from the heart.
Sounds like you are very close to them and I suspect they would know something not written by you - and likely feel a bit insulted.
You are not writing a business letter that needs to follow an outline - tell them what you told us. The fact that you are talking about how you can articulate better suggests that you have a good grasp of the English language - I think you are not giving yourself enough credit.
